About this event
Following on from our magical winter retreats in the West of Ireland we are headed back to the Rebel county. We are delighted to be able to bring our retreats to East Cork for the first time. Spend this time overlooking beautiful Ballycotton lighthouse, and leave feeling wonderfully refreshed and with a new awareness around a healthier lifestyle.
Activities include fitness, yoga, nutrition & coaching activities as well as sea swims, hikes, beach walks, cooking demos, free time in there too and a wonderful opportunity to get to know new like-minded people.
Brought to you by the team:
Kara O'Donnell, Nutritional therapist & healthy cook, will provide nutrition nuggets throughout, throwing together easy meal ideas in the kitchen, delicious healthy food for us all to enjoy together and one-to-ones are also on offer to all.
Colman Power, organic farmer & personal trainer, will provide fitness sessions, the most amazing organic produce and an infectious energy that will have us up grounding & stretching first thing and throwing fabulous fresh produce into meals in the kitchen.
Kaz Russell, yoga teacher supreme, will provide daily yoga sessions to wake us all gently and settle us down for the evening, these beautifully mindful sessions will have you wonderfully stretched & relaxed for the day.
Joanne Maloney, life coach and all round inspirational guru, will provide one-to-one coaching sessions as well as exercises to get us all in the right zone to get the full benefit of the weekend.
